1. What this website is

X-MO is a TV channel for gay men. This website tells you about the channel, shows its schedule and tells you where to get it from your TV provider. It does not sell anything and you cannot create an account here.

X-MO Media B.V. publishes this website. Our details are in the Legal notice. These terms apply when you use this website.

2. Who can use it

This website is only for adults aged 18 or over. Please use it only where adult content is legal. Do not let minors see it.

This website does not show the channel itself. To watch X-MO, you need a subscription with a TV provider. Ask your TV provider about parental controls.

3. Schedule, channels and prices

We do our best to keep the schedule up to date. Still, programmes can change at short notice. The schedule is a guide, not a promise.

Channel numbers, packages and availability can also change. They depend on each TV provider.

This website shows no prices. Each TV provider sets its own price, apps and conditions, and shows X-MO on your bill in its own way. Please check the website of your TV provider for these details.

4. Links to TV providers

The links lead to the websites of TV providers. Each provider is responsible for its own website and its own offer. Your subscription is a contract between you and your TV provider, not with X-MO.

5. Intellectual property

The photos, videos, texts and design of this website are protected by copyright. You may look at them and share links to this website. Please do not copy or reuse them without our written permission.

The names and logos of TV providers belong to their owners. We show them only so that you know where you can get X-MO.

6. Fair use of this website

Please do not try to disturb the website, break into it or copy it in bulk with automated tools.

This website does not publish content from visitors. There are no comments, uploads or messages from users.

7. Our liability

We check the information on this website with care, but we cannot promise that it is always complete or correct. We are not responsible for the websites or offers of TV providers.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability where the law does not allow it, for example when we cause harm on purpose or through serious carelessness.

8. Applicable law and court

Dutch law applies to these terms and to the use of this website. Disputes go to the competent court in Utrecht, the Netherlands.
